THE PROJECT
I was invited to reimagine the the Tweed Regional Museum's collection and present stories and shared history in an engaging and unique way, for their 20th anniversary exhibition, Omnia: all and everything.
I utilised images in the collection of photographs of buildings, iconic places, and people, audio, written stories, and environmental experiences in Murwillumbah's history.
I melded these elements together to produce an live art installation. Part diorama, part shadowbox, part mini theatre that took visitors on a storytelling journey through day and night, sounds, stories, and visuals from Murwillumbah's history.
An interplay of sound, lighting, and visual elements.
